One cool thing I didn't know is people who have RVs or rent RVs, they have relative

relatives, like let's say a brother or brother in law, a sister or whatever, who want

to go and take their family too, but they don't have an RV.

So setting up cabins or even park model RVs where you're bringing in the RV kind of stationery

and advance, those leads really, really well at these parks.

it's something that we have recently pivoted to as an asset class.

Now when I say pivoted, I don't mean it's the only asset class that we're focusing on now

on the contrary.

Multi-family is still the bread and butter of what we do, but as I've started to learn

more and more about where we're headed in the market, where we're right now on the market

and just sheerly looking at the macro and micro economics of the United States, RV parks

seem to be an asset class that were almost unaffected and it's entirely by all the shifts

in the changes we've seen in the space.
