What's up everybody. Welcome back this week's segment of the no limit minutes. Today I actually

want to be talking, wanted to talk about something that's really exciting, that I've been

spending a lot of time on over the last couple of weeks and we'll continue to spend more

time on over the next couple of months. And so I just wanted this episode to be somewhat

a bit teaser. We'll talk a little bit about what is that thing that we've been working

on without getting away too much information. Now for those of you that have been in and around

the space, in and around the real estate investing space, the multi-family, the commercial, even the

single family, you are bound to have heard of an estimate, you're bound to have heard of a mentor,

of a coach, a training platform, of an online course, of something that's designed to help

accelerate your path in this business. Most of you guys know we have our own, we have our own

mastermind, our own mentorship program that is designed to help you guys scale your business

in a very rapid pace. Most most people are in the program now, have actually had the chance to

close their first deal and roughly the first three to six months of joining. But that's not what I'm

here to talk about. What I'm here to talk about today is from a generalized overview of

mentorship, of masterminds in the real estate space. When you really think about it,

almost all of them are the same. They almost all do something very similar. And really what you're

buying into is just that network, that community, that individuals approach to how they do what

they do. But most programs are the same. Some kind of course curriculum, some kind of video

training, some online digital data that you're getting access to with resources and guides and

other things that's helping you then go to do all of the work. You then have to go out and do

all the work to actually move the needle in your business and see any level of success.
