Generally, the first thing you want to do is you want to shop your lenders always.

There's always going to be a lenders somewhere that knows more about what you have going

on than the next guy.

That's really the first really good piece of advice that I can give ever.

One of my good friends, I've spent years networking with this guy.

We were in coaching together.

He likes to say that the best loan is the one that closes.

Especially now when Linux is getting a little weird, I couldn't agree more with that statement.
