I'm so pumped to be back guys, and I think we nailed it with our first guest after this hurricane! Today, we have Blake Dailey with us, and Blake has been seriously crushing it since he started his investing journey over 3 years ago. He's also only 23. That's right. 23 years old and he's investing his time & money into real estate and has over $7K/month in cashflow to show for it! What 23 year old do you know that's doing that?
