Summary
To commemorate our 20th episode, I decided to give you a little more background on my experience in real estate, and how I got to where I am today. I know you probably don't want to hear me talk for 45 minutes, but I think I was able to bring up a ton of good pointers on what NOT to do when buying an investment property. It most definitely has not been an easy journey, but I have learned a TON. I hope today, that I can share some of the hard lessons I had to learn with my first ever real estate investment, so that you can avoid paying the same price that I did.
Just two and a half years ago, my wife and I went from W-2 enthusiasts to hardcore entrepreneurs who knew there was more out there for us. I hope this story resonates with some of you, and gives you the courage to begin investing in real estate so that you can quit your W-2 and spend more time with the people you love. The only thing in your way is you. Take control of your future and begin YOUR journey to financial freedom through real estate!
