What is happening everybody? Welcome back to this week's segment of the no limit minute. Now,

you that aren't following me on social media, which you need to do first is you need to go on

daily basis. It's going to keep you up to date there on new investments, on life changes, on

business economics, on we talk about a lot of different educational things similar to the way

what we do here on the podcast. But encourage you to go follow me because if you aren't what you

don't know is that I am officially retired from the W2 job full time real estate investor now.

This is a goal I've been reaching for for the last four years and eight months when I first

sat out on this venture back in January of 2018. So so excited that I'm finally here and it's

it's definitely been a shift. I went full time this past Friday is my last day. And so at the time

of this recording I've been now full time for a couple of days and figuring out how to best utilize

my time is definitely a little bit of a shift where to focus my efforts to make sure that I am

making the most of my time and how to continue to scale and grow and building kind of like a new

life life schedule because for my entire life right you've been working you've been hustling and

grinding and staying up super late trying to work on the the business at night and working in the

day job during the day well the day job doesn't exist anymore so now I have all day to figure out

what to how to best utilize my time make sure I'm spending time with family and just kind of

structuring that. So I'm still in like a transitionary period of figuring that out. But nonetheless

very excited to be full time very excited to have finally achieved this goal. And so because
