They currently have $200M of assets under management and are actively looking to grow their business through further acquisitions in 2022. They focus on purchasing institutional grade multifamily assets, in great markets, sourced, qualified, and managed by an experienced team. They have a strong and consistent track record of delivering results to their investors. They have high standards and they focus on quality in every aspect of their business.
