What's up everybody welcome back to this week's segment of the no limit minute as you guys probably know

as I'm sure a lot of your follow us or follow me specifically on social media

You know that just last week was the first time we went full cycle on

our very first

multifamily syndication so we're very very excited to have been able to go full cycle that like be able to check that

Box, you know what I'm saying that credibility all the things that go along with being able to kind of prove that you can do it like hey

Here was our initial projections. Here's where we actually came out on top

Or here's where how we came out versus where the projections were

Here's how much higher they were how much lower they were whatever the case was just being able to kind of

Prove that not only to yourself, but also to other people that just kind of gives you that stronger sense of

Or that that larger

Well, what's the word I'm trying to use you guys know what I'm trying to say you have more credibility when when an investor comes and they say

Have you done this before? Hey, let me let me look at your

Let me talk to some investors that have done this before

Let me look at a past deal that you've gone full cycle on I get that a lot

I get a lot of investors talk to me and they want to know about a deal that we've gone full cycle on and until we go

We had never gone full cycles like well

We don't really have one we've gone full cycle on but all the deals we have done you know every quarter we've paid

The our preferred return. We've paid what our projections were what we promised with it was going to be delivered we were able to

Deliver on that every quarter every time there's a distribution so we've never fallen short

But we haven't gone full cycle to really show you what that looks like so now we have so very excited
