We'll come back to this week's segment of the note limit in it.

Now, as you probably already know, as you've seen from the title,

what drew you to wanting to listen to this episode in the first place is that we're going

to talk about how to, I guess, more so how I started my podcast.

I'm sure there's a many variety of different ways on how you can start and how you so choose

to take your journey and to doing that if you're looking to make that be one additional

thought leadership platform that you have for yourself and your business.

But for me, when I started, first I had to realize what did I want to talk about.

But from the start of podcast, what is it going to be titled, what are the discussions

that we're going to have?

Is it going to be interview based?

Was it just going to be me having the episodes, was that going to release per week?

How professional did I want it to sound?

What did I want the intro music to be?

The outro music, was there going to be voice overs, was I going to have ads?

There's kind of a lot of things to figure out, and not all those things you necessarily

have to figure out right away.

But I wanted to know what we were going to talk about.

And for me, I didn't want to talk about the same old thing all day, every day.

We only talk about flipping houses, we only talk about wholesaling, we only talk about

multifamily syndication as much as I love talking about multifamily syndication.
