everybody welcome back to this week's segment of the no limit minute. They may have noticed

the last week we did not release an interview episode and that is correct because I will

be dialing back a little bit for probably the next month. Yeah, I'm going to make a commitment.

For the next month, there will not be episodes, interview episodes released where we will

continue doing the no limit minutes every Tuesday, but the Friday episodes will be not happening

until 30 days from this past Friday. When we will start the backup and there will again be two

episodes per week. So with that said, I wanted to go ahead and dive into today's topic, which

is you already know what it is because you've seen the title. It's capital raising. I wanted to,

basically I had a lot of people come to me recently and ask further questions, whether they've

heard my podcasts, like they heard me guests air on a podcast elsewhere or they've listened to

the show for a while or they follow me on social media and they see what we're doing. Folks are

just curious, how do you actually go about raising capital? And so I wanted to take a couple minutes

here when I obviously going to dive too deep because it's the no limit minute, but I wanted to tell

you a little bit about how I did it, some of the insights, groups about how I was able to raise

six million dollars in 30 days and then leave you with a couple of tips on things that you can do

based on what I did. Now I joined this challenge. Many of you may know the story already, many of you

may not. I'm going to go ahead and tell it again anyway because it's great background and backstory

for what I'm going to tell you. I did a 30 day capital raising challenge back in July of 2020.

And prior to this challenge, I'd actually never raised capital before, ever. I hadn't raised a

dime from anyone. I had my dad help me out with the down payment on our foreplex, but I hardly

quantify that as capital raising because it was family and there wasn't really like juicy returns

had from the exchange of the capital. So first time I've raised in capital is in this challenge.
