0:06.9	Today is actually the no limit minute segment and what we really want to discuss today or what I
0:13.4	had planned on coming into today is talking about goals and I'm talking about goals that I have set
0:20.4	for myself and for my company, for my business, for my life. And then I also want to talk it so
0:26.8	it's going to be kind of ways, it's going to be goals and then in those goals is going to be ways
0:32.6	that you guys can actually help me achieve those goals, which I'll talk about here in a second.
0:37.2	And then I also want to talk about ways that I can help you guys and things that we're looking to
0:42.4	do this year that could potentially better your position and help you guys out in terms of buying
0:49.5	deals or just the education piece, you know, with this podcast or something, you know, anything like
0:56.4	so we're going to talk about some goals for me, how you guys can help me out and then we're going
1:00.1	to talk about how I can help you guys out. So starting off, one of the big goals we have this year
1:04.6	is to acquire an additional 1000 units. Now this is fairly low off the goal. We already have 327
1:12.4	as of the very beginning of 2022 and the goal was to acquire an additional one house. So we want
1:19.3	1327 units by the end of 2022. And we've already closed 110 units. So heck yeah, woohoo,
1:28.0	so we close 110 units that leaves us at 890 left to go for this year. So if we can close about
1:33.4	one to two per quarter, roughly about 100, 200 unit space, then we'll be able to meet our goal
1:40.2	by the end of the year. So definitely on full-on acquisitions mode, looking to continue acquiring
1:45.6	deals as we progress this year, even though I know deals are hard to come by right now. That's a big
1:50.3	goal we have to kind of help grow and scale the company. And speaking of that, another big goal I
1:55.2	have is to actually quit my W2 and go full-time in the business. I've been trying to do that
2:02.9	for over four years now and every year that's pretty much a goal of mine and it just kind of keeps
2:08.8	getting pushed back. So I'm going to say it again this year it's going to happen. I'm going to
