Zach is the co-founder of the book publishing company, Scribe, and the author of the book

in the box, book in the box, book in the box method, as well as the Scribe method.

We talk about him almost starting a high school when he was only in college.

How he co-founded the company Scribe when he was only 23, which would go on to become

one of the best places to work in America.

We spend a good bit of time talking about what things they did differently and continue

to do to create such an amazing culture.
