| 0:23.1 | this vision that you have of what you want to create, what you want to achieve, who you want to be. |

| 0:39.3 | start it out by saying this is that things are not hard. You just have to change your perspective. |
| 0:47.0 | Okay. And so I want you to imagine this for a second. I think this is going to help you understand |
| 0:51.7 | what I mean by that is just think of a big rock rolling down a hill with momentum, then it's not very difficult for that |

| 1:03.5 | Because you have momentum, you're going down the hill, it just has to keep doing what it's |

| 1:08.9 | But if you're that same boulder and you're on a flat surface |
| 1:13.2 | and it's just sitting there, to get it moving is going to be much more difficult because it doesn't |
| 1:19.5 | have any momentum. Now once you get it rolling, even on that flat surface, once you get it rolling, |
| 1:25.1 | it's much easier to push it and it continue to go. |
| 1:29.2 | And that's the same thing when it comes with anything that we're pursuing to achieve. |
| 1:34.4 | Right. So if you are starting a diet plan because you want to get in shape, so you're going to lose |
| 1:40.0 | a few pounds, whatever, you want to gain some muscle, whatever it is. When you're starting this |
| 1:44.9 | plan, it's the most difficult time. You think you're pushing this large boulder and you're on this |
| 1:51.0 | flat surface, but it hasn't been moving. Once you get it moving, right, you get through this first |
