1:03.8	You know, you went from one of the biggest makeup providers in the world to now one of the biggest mailing distribution companies in the
1:13.3	world. How is that shaped who you are today as far as leadership goes?
1:18.7	Well, I've always said since I began in my career, I actually began, believe it or not,
1:23.7	the age of eight, we're working more or less full-time in my family's hardware business,
1:28.7	which was a business in those days, a small local hardware business also did an awful
1:33.4	lot of home improvement projects like window replacements and landscaping work, and we would
1:38.9	install sidewalks and resealed driveways.
1:42.0	We did a lot of all kinds of work and I loved it and I worked
1:46.5	in that business for about 10 years 12 years until I headed off to college but you know I began my
1:52.2	career that early in my life and all I ever said to myself is that every single job I took
1:58.2	I never worried about money and I never worried about recognition.
