It was. And Monday's episodes are all about some practical examples of how we're living simpler and slower.

Yeah, I mean, I'm sure you guys know this by now, but Mondays, we sort of redesigned at the

beginning of the year because we wanted you to be able to walk away from each Monday episode

with either a specific thought to kind of think on for the week or a specific

action or task or experiment to try. And over the months we've had some various themes, but this

month is a little bit all over the shop because we've got some really great topics, but they

don't really fit together. No, and they don't need to.

I mean, these are just kind of little singleton shows.
