Today we're going to be focusing on a topic I've been thinking about a lot recently, abundance

There's so many different forces in our brains, our bodies, and our culture as a whole at

the biggest level that move us toward the experience of scarcity, the feeling that something is missing,

that we don't have enough, and moreover, that we never will have enough.

The feeling of scarcity is both a problem itself, it feels bad on its own, and it's also

the creator and amplifier of so many of the other challenges that we face.

Even personally about that for a second, I can't tell you how many bad interactions I've

had with other people.

Once I really wish I could have back that we're made worse by my own underlying feelings
