And Melissa, this is something again, like I mentioned, I'm not exceptionally skilled at this yet, so I would love for you to drop some

but I want to do so in a way that you're going to be able to apply it and come up with your own customized preservation plan because one of the things that I try to do with our garden and it's one of the reasons that I wrote my new book that won't come out until January

but the family garden plan growing in years worth of sustainable and healthy food is I wanted to make sure that what we were growing and this is going to sound so

basic and almost kind of like well duh but that we were growing what we were

eating and we were eating what we were growing and it was food that my family is consuming

and it's food that I can preserve to take us through a whole year because
