don't get a lot because it's highly taxed, and as you say, a lot of the jobs are disappearing.

So wealth is getting concentrated in fewer and fewer hands, and there are ways that we can change that

Thank you for having me.

So Jenny, you and I have been scheming for months how we're going to fix the economy and make it work for all people.

But first, a little bit about your background.

You've been a community development leader, fundraiser for really the bulk of your career at this point. Yeah, so I went to law school.

Me too. Yeah. Continue. Yes. And like many of us, I went because I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted to do with my life,

but I knew I wanted to do something that would benefit the world in some way.

And so after law school, I went and worked at a community development nonprofit organization in Oakland, California.

And one of my jobs was to work with the small businesses in this community.

And I started really noticing

just how much they lacked access to capital and resources compared to the typical large

business in our country. So I became really committed to trying to address that issue.
