She's no longer on Instagram. So I was going to shout at her Instagram, but she's not there. She has a podcast of her own, which we will plug all of her things at the end of this episode.

But she's a labor and delivery nurse, a certified birth dula. More importantly than that, she's a wife, mom, and also a Catholic. She's a firm believer that your body was designed by God with intention, and it's her passion to help you prepare for a birth that honors your body, your baby, and the one who made them both. If you're catching yet, she's like very much one of my favorite people to talk to. She's on a mission to help women rewrite the narrative surrounding birth from fear to faith and from trauma to transformation. So this is going to be a fantastic, like, jam-packed episode. I was on her podcast once, and we could have talked for three more hours about birth. So this is going to be great. We have all kinds of questions prepared for her. Like you said, you've been on my podcast before and I just feel like this is such an underrated, under-talked-about thing.

And I love getting together with other Catholic women and talking about birth.

I'm really excited. Yeah. So. Well, what I love about Eve and how you approach birth, I took your birth course before my first,

and actually I'm going to refresh myself in the next week and a half as well, is that it's not like falling into the category of super medical eyes, but also super like the mega ultra crunchy, you know? It's like, it's a great

medium and you give the resources that are needed that are so factual. And I think men actually

really, if like your husband was watching with you, men respond really well to the way that you

teach because it's so factual based instead of like, well, one time this one girl did this and then like this happened and you know, you like go down rabbit holes. It's just like it is what it is and this is what's happening. And so anyways, I love your approach to how you teach. Thank you. Thank you so much, Duce, for saying that. And I, yeah, I really appreciate you said that about husbands. I haven't gotten that feedback before. So I, yeah, that's awesome to hear. I think it's important to approach birth education from that place because I'm a firm believer in the fact that the more you know, the less you fear. And you are right in the fact that sometimes the natural birth world,

natural birth community, we can get a, which we'll get into all of this, but it can get a bad

rap for being too, I guess like anti-intervention and anti, like hyper-crunchy, which isn't

what everybody needs. Like I certainly consider myself a little bit of a crunchy and a little bit more on the

holistic side of things.

But when it comes to birth education, I think the more information, the better people to make

decisions.
