0:48.3	So let's start. Tell me a little bit about what really is Neo
0:53.3	and what problem were you trying to solve?
0:56.0	Neal is an internal developer platform.
0:59.0	So just for the context, Thartooks operates from multiple countries.
1:03.0	To run our business effectively and to provide some experience to our employees, we build many applications and services.
1:10.0	So when software delivery teams,
1:12.5	you know, build software, they go through a lot of delivery friction. For example, how do we
1:17.7	get the required cloud furniture? Where do we publish domain events and many similar requirements?
1:25.7	Our idea of the developer platform is that delivery teams should not worry about things that are not essential to deliver business value.
1:33.3	The journey of Neo began few years back.
1:36.3	There was a time we used to deal with barmental service.
1:39.3	As a first step, we started having our own data centers that enabled self-service access to infrastructure. We actually moved to cloud. So as the next step, when we wanted to expose
