I am freshly back from Italy, still Tyler Laurie, and still

joined by my co-host, Christopher Smalls Angeles, and Smalls ate about 38

So what I did was every morning I woke up,

Then I watched film for like five or six hours, you know, watched some basketball, made sure that I was

sharpening my craft, and then I told my wife we could go out in sight see so I made sure

that I was balanced but not too balanced you know caffeine then she would go to bed

I'd get another double espresso and then watch more film. But now I'm back.

Some synergy, going out some film, you know what I mean? Yeah, that's the thing. I wanted to go,

I was, what I was doing is I was watching some like youth teams over

was outworking every American college basketball coach over the last two weeks.
