I am Tyler Lorry,

and I'm joined as always by my co-host,

Chris Smalls, Angeloos.

And this week, Smalls, we welcome on one of our very good friends.

Ryan Nemitz, he has recently been named the head coach at Cardinal O'Hara High School

just outside of Philadelphia in the Catholic League, same league as Roman Catholic,

Newman-Geretti, Archbishop Wood, Carol, all those guys.

He was an assistant coach at Eastern University just outside of Philly

before that and is the co-director of the Pete and Jamir Nelson Foundation. So we hit a lot of

the charitable aspect stuff, which is very, very cool. His journey is a little bit different

in the sense that he's done a lot of different things. He was working at IMG Academy. He was a player at

Kutztown before transferring and was a manager with us in college. But a guy who really kind of

hits all the boxes of what we talk about on this show and somebody who we talk about building a

program with and doing a lot of different stuff in Smalls, I say this week to week, but people impress us on this show every single week.

I mean, honestly, every single week everybody would talk to, I think the world of them.

But we know Ryan, and we've known Ryan for a long time.

And I sat back and when we listened to him speak and we asked him questions, it's amazing how people grow up

and how they mature and how you know that he's going to get it rolling at O'Hara, right?

Like it's just there's no question.
