Tranquility by Tuesday project, in which volunteers tested out the time rules

I'll share in my upcoming book with the same name.

One of my rules is to move by 3pm. Do some physical activity

for at least 10 minutes, every single day, by 3pm.

Now, some people hit the gym at 6am every single morning, but most don't.
