For this week's clinical file, we have Belchnickle, and Belchnickle is a 63-year-old male who presents with right-sided

facial paralysis, inability to abeduct the right eye, and an absent corneal blink reflex on the

right. Sensation to the face is intact. These findings are most consistent

with a lesion affecting which of the following cranial nerve. So we have A, cranial nerve 5 and 6. B, cranial nerve

6. C, cranial nerve 6 and 7. and D is cranial nerve 2 and 6.
