So today we're going to do something a little bit different. We've been redoing a lot of our educational material. So everything that we use to train our team members when they come in to

hip them to all things, service, hospitality, coffee, all the stuff we do here.

So we are going to do a little experiment.

We have a updated outline of a new intro to coffee class that's quite a bit different than our old one and Jared and I are just going to run through it and have a discussion about it. So we'll edit this down so that it's an enjoyable and interesting listening experience, but it's really going to be from a fly on the wall perspective.

And what we're going to hope to do with this

is take it, distill it down,

and use this conversation to help build the class more completely.
