As people are trickling in, maybe all open by doing a little bit of a review of what we did in the first class.

And then we'll have some space for all of us.

Maybe I see some of you closing your eyes, maybe even just take a moment to pause and gather yourselves on the cushion, on the seeds, wherever you are. Just collecting our energy and to allow ourselves to settle here, the moment of here and now.

And so in the last class, we offered some teachings around the dimensionality of this

acronym,

acronym used this acronym craft,

confidence, refuge, aspiration, faith, and trust, and many more words.

And so we shared a bit about the rich dimensions of this quality and that's within us and as we cultivate crafting our path, this is an important force.

And we also spoke a bit about different kinds of practices one may engage in, in cultivating, growing, maturing, sadah,, the poly term.

And we use the word faith here,

just to kind of as a shorthand.

And so the practices might involve many different ways,

taking refuges and devotional practices and David showed a little utter that he has in his meditate

meditative of space and so we left to the class by suggesting maybe

practicing with this so we have a few minutes to invite any of you to share how it might be after the first class and anything bubbled up in your practice or questions.

And so we have a few minutes to just inviting some sharing from the field, sharing questions,

reflections.
