There are a number of different reasons why intermittent fasting is a part of the Mastering Diabetes Method. First, it's a great way to reverse insulin resistance. Intermittent fasting has also been shown to have significant benefits when it comes to blood sugar management. People who fast intermittently throughout the day often experience better control over their glucose levels -- even on days when they're eating!
