I love the walking concept because then you're also getting some physical activity in.

If you can go walk out in nature, then we got another one of the important things about, you know, kind of exposure to nature seems to decrease our stress with decreasing our cortisol and things like that.

But it's taking the time to schedule doing things with other people, whether that is going for a walk, whether it's making a
