I started reading these amazing stories about Brian Johnson, 45 years old, but has the

heart of a 37 year old, the lungs of a young adult.

In some cases, the organs of a teenager or younger is biological age.

He's basically been in the process of reversing and slowing down the aging process as much

as possible.

You could Google and Brian Johnson, there's tons of stories.

And I remember, I interviewed him when he sold Brain Tree Venmo about 10 years ago.

He's been on this podcast and I interviewed him for my book, Choose Yourself.

So I've talked to him a couple times before and called him up, asked him to come on the

podcast to talk about his entire experiences of anti-aging.

And what's great is, my whole philosophy is that I don't want to just listen to the

scientists.

I want somebody who's actually doing things and experiencing it.

I want to hear from their experience.

I'm glad Brian came on.
