It was a moving night in Las Vegas on Monday as the Dallas Cowboys took the field for the first time since the death of Marshawn Neeland.

Team wore t-shirts and helmet decals in Neeland's honor and took home an emotional win over the Raiders.

This was the scene in the Cowboys locker room after the game.

I'm proud of you guys, man.

A tough couple weeks.

You guys made a fucking crowd, man.

Unbelievable.

We're a brotherhood.

And as Marshawn, you know, he lived by one love. And, you know, that's why I just told the guys before the game, like, let's play for one love. Let's play this one team, you know. And it's an honor. You know, it's a responsibility to carry the light when someone passes, but it's also an honor. And just let's go out there and control the things that we can and play like Marshaun did. Marcus, Marcus Spears, you were in the building last night.

How important was it for this Cowboys team to finally get together on the field

after everything they've gone through the last couple of weeks?

Yeah, Gras, I thought it was vitally important.

You know, it was, it was talked about the biweek was at a good time because it gave guys time in the process.

But I went through this when I was playing with the Dallas Cowboys and we wanted nothing more but to be together and play a game.

And like you heard, Dag, talk about honor our teammate.

And I thought they embraced that fully being there, talk, I talked to

dad before the game, talked to a bunch of the Cowboys personnel, and they were so happy that

they were about to play football. And they didn't shy away from Marsha, Neely. And they didn't shy away

from his name. They didn't make, they made it about him. And that is actually what I enjoy

more than anything about the night is that they

embraced everything that came along with what that game was meaning to them as a team.

And they banded together as brothers.
