And today, in light of COVID-19, and the coming economic disruptions, which we've been

talking about for the last couple of weeks.

We thought it was time to share with managers

our guidance on how to conduct layoffs compassionately,

or at least as compassionately as one can under the circumstances.

This kicks off a week in which we will be surging podcasts once again to address the kinds of issues around your careers that

you'll be facing in the days, weeks, and months ahead.

Folks in light of coronavirus and social distancing and travel budgets going to zero appropriately,
