Today, our guidance is on asking your network for an opportunity.

If unfortunately you get laid off and you're looking for another opportunity,

you've got to be willing to reach out to your network.

And there's a best way to do it, and we know because we tested different ways over the course of a couple of years.

And you have to be willing to ask ask you're not going to be a

successful in your search if you're not willing to reach out to your network.

So asking your network for an opportunity, here we go.

Are you remote right now?

Does your team still need training?

We're doing our best to offer support and training during these unique times.

So we're offering a virtual effective manager training

for remote groups. Five sessions over Zoom for up to 30 people, one-on-one's feedback rolling out the Trinity,

coaching, and delegation. The training includes

roadmap and a personal license for every attendee. Schedule sessions over 5 to 15

weeks to allow for them to fit into your op tempo because guys remote or not you still

need to be effective. Oh, So Mark recently we were asked how a member should let his network know that he's

looking for a new position that's particular this, his company was going under, right?

And so it wouldn't exist in the future.

It's surprising to me that the angst people have about, what do they do under these situations?

How do they reach out to folks?

Some folks feel that they can be open and candid with folks.
