I think we're in a place where, to paraphrase Chesterton, it hasn't been tried at all.

And that's not to cast blame or aspersion.

I think covenant theology is experiencing a resurgence.

And so I would just encourage, Brethren of All Stripes, whether you have some reserve or whether

there's openness.

Read it in its historical sources, read biblical treatments of it, weigh it against the scripture,

and come to your own conclusions.

But by all means, don't miss out on the opportunity to delve more deeply into the teaching of

Scripture.
