We've kind of been on this journey for a while of, you know, the supernatural and for just

about, well, ever since I met Bill and before that, I received Jesus through encounter

I had.

I've shared it several times, but when I was 15, my mother was very sick and she had

psoriasis all over her body and I was just really a scared kid and in the middle of

night, actually probably at 1, 2, 3 o'clock in the morning on a summer night, I said,

out loud, if there's a God, if you heal my mother, I'll find out who you are and I'll

serve you the rest of my life.

And an honorable voice said, my name is Jesus Christ and you have what you requested.

The next morning my mother was completely well.

Not the first time I ever heard an honorable voice and the second time and the last time

I ever heard an honorable voice was a week later and the voice came back to me and said,

my name is Jesus Christ, you said that if I healed your mother, you'd serve me and I'm

waiting.

And so I spent the next three years looking for God.

I couldn't hardly read and graduated from high school with third grade level reading,

couldn't hardly read.

And I would just go from church to church and stand in the back of church and I didn't

know what I was looking for, had never been to church before in my life except for to

allettian and I would just say the God who spoke to me isn't here.

Let me just say this, he may have been in those places but I didn't perceive him there.

I didn't know what I was looking for.
