This morning when we were together and staff we were just praying before the first service

this morning on a someone godly hour. How many of your early risers? I don't get you at all. I'll

start to come alive about 9 p.m. as you get older you know it's like it's about the time you warm

up you just about burn out but anyway very short but this morning we were praying and staffing

it and I really felt that the Lord wanted to heal people who had sexual addictions sexually

broken sexually transmitted disease and we've been talking about shame for about I think maybe a

month or more several different speakers and I think I did about four weeks on around you know

subjects around shame and I think one of the challenges is that when there's a you know a

disease or addiction or anything that society kind of shames those people go unhealed and I was

thinking about like how do we pray for some of these folks I was in a y-wam base this is many

years ago it must have been about 13 years ago and I was doing their supernatural week which I used

to do four times a year in Chico and I was talking about the fact that Jesus wanted to heal all sickness

and all disease and about the second day I was really emphasizing I was kind of preaching that

Jesus wanted to heal all sickness and all disease and and this girl just couldn't take it any longer

and she jumped up and she said he doesn't want to heal me I'm like that's kind of very unusual for

a y-wammer I said well why wouldn't he not and it was about 40 students and they had been together

for like three months they were very comfortable with each other and I said why wouldn't he want

to heal year and she said because I have venereal disease and I deserve it and I said why do you

deserve it she said well because I you know lived she started describing her life before BC before

Christ and I said I thought Jesus died for sins I didn't think he died for mistakes you know

Jesus how many know that ascent means you did it on purpose you can't send by accident because

ascent is always a heart condition so I said Jesus died for your sins and he didn't just die
