Hey, this is Durey and welcome to Pots Save the People.

We have the news with me, Brittany, Clint, and Sam, as always, who also joined my Chelsea

handler, the comedian and activist.

You know, there's white privilege with somebody like me who just, you know, I thought I worked

to, I thought I pulled myself up for my, by my bootstraps for a long time.

I thought, oh, I came from nothing.

I came from New Jersey.

My father was a used car dealer.

My mom was a nurse.

That's, that's not nothing.

That's a huge advantage already.

And by Cornell Belcher, the incredible poster, will help us think about the Alabama election

in a different way.

Certainly, and the hyper-tripleization of our politics, today where you can be someone

who's a creep, who's banned from the malls and trying to date teenagers and still win

a majority of white women in Alabama.

Before we jump in, though, I'll say this thing about what it means to have courage in

this moment.

Courage doesn't always show up as in the middle of the street or in sort of being defiant

and toned.

Courage sometimes is taking the first step and there are a lot of people who I think are

finding their courage in this moment.
