That was a really quick intro, because I could absolutely

tout about her amazingness and all the things that she does

and how she's impacted my life.

And I'm sure that will come up naturally.

But I am in Nashville, Tennessee.

This is Amy's homestay.

And she has carefully curated the most incredible guests.

I cannot wait to introduce them to you. But before we do that,

and like maybe I got a warm up to it like Amy's my big ask and he's like but

Amy's your friend like she's she's gonna kill it either way I was like I know

but Amy's my big ask for the record you never asked me I asked you

I'm like Ren turn I wasn't ready I wasn't ready but I

didn't know so much went into this I am getting an education I just want to say this for those who are listening and don't kind of understand behind the scenes of what it takes to have a co-host and go to another town.
