Hello, and welcome to the Biden friendship and friendship chat podcast.

We'd like to get right into it, and what we're going to get into today is you may have

seen some notice about a recent event at the Biden White House.

It was the Pride Day event, and you may have seen pictures of participants engaging in

some sort of strip show on the White House,

South Lawn, which embarrassed the Biden administration.

But I wanna talk about something very specific today

and that's the idea of courage

and this pride day observation at the White House.

So, got to start a few days earlier.

On June the 6th, President Biden

marked the 79th anniversary of the D-Day invasion.

He did so by issuing a brief statement,

praising what he called the, quote, brave service members

who, quote, volunteered to lay down their lives

for our liberty.

Now, according to the Department of Defense,

more than 9,000 allied troops were killed or wounded

during just the first 24 hours of the invasion.

So, obviously everything the President said

there was absolutely true.
