Welcome to the Authentic Sex Podcast.

My name is Juliette. I'm a sexologist, a sex and relationship coach and a tantra

practitioner and I'm the host of this podcast. And in today's episode, we're talking about

courage, communication and asking for what you want so I'm going to be super

honest with you the reason why I'm doing this topic is because this has been coming up for me

in the past week or so.

Like, personally, a lot of the things I talk about on this podcast relate to what I'm going through, what I've experienced, what I'm exploring.

So that's kind of why I called it authentic sex, because I promise you I'm never going to talk about something on here that I haven't explored and experienced myself.

And, um, and I, yeah, I do that on my blog too. I, I don't educate about stuff that I haven't experienced. So yeah, this one's close to my heart

at the moment. And also a lot of you have requested that I talk about communication. So I'm just

going to roll with it today and see what I feel like what I feel called to talk about. With all my podcast episodes are very much freestyle. I don't

have much structure with what I'm going to say. I just completely trust that whatever I am

supposed to say is going to come out. Whatever you guys need to hear is going to be said and what i want to remind you now

that this is not the truth like what i'm saying is not fucking gospel and what i say today may

change tomorrow so or may be different to what i said. So this is definitely not the truth.

It's just, I guess it's just like my experiences and opinions.

So communication and asking for what we want.

I guarantee a lot of you are not asking for what you want sexually or in any area of your

life, but in particular within relationship with lovers, with family, with children,

with the people in your life who you spend most time with.
