And honestly, there's a little bit of excitement where we are going to share some of our personal

loss and I genuinely enjoy talking about that.

It feels important, but it's not easy for anybody, I think.

Well, let's just kind of dive right in.

The listeners know I'm open. we had two miscarriages ourselves and I say that I

felt like it was kind of a secret club that people slowly said me too but I had to go first almost to say it.

And then there was people from in my family

to people I've grown up with,

to people I've worked with, even points of one of my best friends.

Moms shared with me and she had never told her about a loss.
