So the one case that's sort of topmost on my mind,

partly because of recency and partly because of my parochial interest in it,

and it's in the Southern District of New York,

is one of the many cases that's winding its way through the courts,

is one relating to whether or not members of the Doge should have direct access to sensitive material at Treasury.

And a bunch of state attorneys general brought an emergency action, which is called a TRO, temporary restraining order.

In the ordinary course, Joyce, as you can confirm,

that is often done ex parte, meaning not necessarily with notice to the other side.
