$1.9 trillion relief package through the night. Lawmakers are still going at this moment. However,

a final vote is expected, and it could happen as soon as this morning. An overnight deal was

struck among Senate Democrats, or really Senate Democrats and Joe Manchin of West Virginia,

who is pushing for less aid. The deal on unemployment insurance extends insurance until September,

but it lowers the amount to $300 a week compared to the House bills $400 a week. It extends

what people are getting right now, which is $300 a week.
