Welcome back I'm Rebecca and I'm Gabe and what a week. What a weekend. There was a lot of just

wonderful things and some of you might be aware of if gathering this last weekend. It was the

ninth annual one that and I was so fortunate to be able to share from just how to build a resilient

life to that community and the five rules of resilience which we're going to continue to get into

in this season. So I'm real excited about that. Well, this is your new book coming out May

second building a resilient life, how adversity awakens strength, hope, and meaning and so yeah,

you were sharing it's really one of the first times you were sharing these five rules and I know

it got quite a response. Yeah, it was it was beautiful and then the beauty of like talking about

adversity as you can't not get a little teary because I think a lot of us would acknowledge that

these last couple years have had the highs and the lows, you know, the fullness of it and the

beauty that I am experiencing through now, not only writing this message but trying to find

language to articulate it in real time, it's just this idea that adversity awakens. It awakens

longing, it awakens desire, it awakens what we're made of and what's worth fighting for and more

than ever, I feel like that's very clear in these days. Well, I'm one of the few guys that tunes into

if gathering each year because we've known Jenny and Zach for a long time and I've always

appreciated really a prophetic kind of voice and witness that happens during that gathering,

but it I couldn't help but notice I mean so many of the presenters were talking about adversity.
