Hello everyone and welcome back to election week here at the damage report. We're in day

0:09.6

three and things are really heating up, cooling down. I don't know, we're still in the election,

0:14.6

things are looking pretty good. But we're expecting breaking news at any moment. So today might

0:19.0

be chaotic. It might be an end to a little bit of the chaos. We're going to have to hang in there

0:23.6

and see. But one thing we do have going for us is that you're not just going to have to suffer

0:28.2

through this hour with me. We've got a special guest for you joining us for the first time ever

0:32.9

on the damage report. My luggage of Ali, welcome to the show. Thanks for having me.

1:17.6

focusing on Black voters, which is actually very timely right now considering that Wisconsin and

1:23.2

Michigan flip to Joe Biden, given a lot of those people coming back out in urban districts.

1:28.5

Exactly. And so we're going to be talking about your reporting there. We're also going to be talking

1:33.6

a little bit later on in the show if we can get to it about the Lincoln project. And I think that's

1:38.9

going to be an interesting dichotomy there about who theoretically the Democrats could be focusing

1:43.2

their attention and time and fundraising dollars on. But anyway, definitely looking forward to that.

1:47.9

Notice to the audience, we've got a full hour of news that we're going to be talking about.

1:51.9

But there is also the possibility that at any time some big breaking election news can happen.
