0:48.7	Simply put, so many people are just tired of working for the man.
0:56.2	Some people tired of working period.
0:59.4	The people that are not tired, they don't feel very engaged.
1:04.1	Work is just a big drain on millions and millions and millions and millions of Americans
1:10.9	of the majority of Americans.
1:12.7	It is a drain and I didn't say people aren't thankful for the job.
1:15.6	I'm just saying it drains them.
1:19.1	And there is a growing trend that I want to start off today show really looking into
