It's a collection of climate change, health care, and tax policy priorities that had alluded

Democrats for about a year and a half.

The bill amounts to the largest legislative climate change intervention in American history.

It also looks quite different from the Build Back Better bill, which was designed to dramatically

alter America's social safety net.
