Today on the show I am excited to welcome Michele Gonzalez of the blog NYC Running Mama. First and foremost, Michele is an amazing person who puts her kids first, but also makes the time to run. She is a mother of two, Ironman finisher, ultra, and marathon runner. To top that, she has also completed 3 tours in Iraq as a military intelligence officer, later became a captain. Michele writes for Women’s Running magazine.

Or maybe, if it was an Olympic year, I guess you could hear about the inspirational feats these athletes completed.

their journey and develop a relationship with their listeners or readers.

One blog I've loved for a while now is called NYC running mama.

I've never met Michelle in person, but we're definitely friends. Well I guess I like to think so but we

support one another in our running experiences. Michelle is one of those people you can't

help but root for. you want her to succeed and you

want her to reach those goals you can tell she's a genuinely good person the

kind of person that should be more of in this world.
