0:49.2	why the Department of Defense is not a reliable narrator, and how even the most well-intentioned researchers
0:55.4	can become pawns in a much larger game. But more than anything, this is a call to develop our

1:12.8	about disclosure. It's about perception, power, and the future of human consciousness.

1:24.9	What follows in this talk are just my opinions. They've been shaped over the
1:29.6	last few years through deep research into intelligence tradecraft, perception management, and even
1:34.9	mind control, as well as through increasing direct contact with people from the intelligence
1:40.2	community itself. It's a hazard of the job. Using what I've learned, I've extrapolated a set
1:46.0	of frameworks that have helped me to make sense of this space. They might help you too, or they might
1:51.1	not. And that's the point. You don't have to believe me. In fact, if you take anything away from
1:58.4	this talk, it should be that you shouldn't believe me, or anyone.
