When you run away from all this pain points and then there's still pain,

you got to eventually look in the mirror and realize, oh my God, it's like, it's for me, you know,

eventually had to hit rock bottom before I asked for help.

And I remember that I can see it vividly that we were in this little Japanese house.

And I kept thinking I should be happy. Like I have even have a Japanese house,

squeeze down to fit on a little Japanese lot. The kids had everything and the kids were

beautiful little ones. And I remember just I couldn't get off this sofa.

I just would no energy and I started to hear myself how I barked at the kids and barked

at life behind closed doors. Like everywhere else, I was a smiley, happy person.

And this thing where you, you're two people and I remember feeling so low.

And hearing on the news, I understand enough Japanese to understand that, oh my God,

I'm actually entertaining this as an option. This was my only tool.

She is, they were talking on the news about this ocean road that

women who were really depressed were driving down and driving right off the road.

And even some were taking their kids. And I thought, oh my God, I turned it off.
