What's up everybody? It's Brian Rose from London Rio. It's March 12th and I'm obviously here in London. We woke up to hearing there was a travel ban from the US on anybody coming from Europe. Of course that doesn't include Britain.

Obviously the stock markets are down potentially 20% which takes us into bare market

territory. So the bull market's over, people are freaking freaking out the coronavirus is on everyone's mind

But you know I see this as something different and I said this to the team this morning in our stand-up meeting

I believe this is a time that we will look back on 10 years

from now and we'll ask ourselves what did you do in the great coronavirus pandemic of 2020. Did you step up and lead?

Or did you cower in fear?

That's what I think this will be.

And when I think of this great nation,

of which I'm a privilege to be a citizen of that is Britain and I think about its history I think about this very place I'm standing in 1940 was being bombed every night

bombed every night by German warplanes.

Do you think that was a stressful situation?

It was probably 10X of the stress that we're feeling right now.

Now of course that was a killer where you could see them you could know

where they were coming from you would know about them whereas this seems to be

this unknown killer but still it's a time of adversity and it questions men and women and finds out what are they made of?

What are you willing to do?

Are you going to live in scarcity or are you going to live in abundance? Are you going to live in fear or are you going to live in abundance? Are you going to live in

trust? Are you going to step up and lead your life and lead your family and lead

your teammates and lead your nation? Or are you going to sit around and cry about it?

Are you going to hide somewhere?

Or are you going to be a part of the solution?
